Why not use the other people receiving the content?
BitTorrent downloads from other machines
Basic Idea:
To download, the host contacts a machine tracking those already downloading the torrent.
Peers are selected at random from the tracker.
Pieces are selected to download from those available on the downloader's peer set until all pieces of the file have been received
